Plop Linux - PAE, memory limits, 4GB, 64GB, 1TB
With PAE (Physical Address Extension) it's possible to access
more than 4GB RAM with a 32bit kernel. That means you can access
the available RAM up to 64GB with the 32bit PAE Plop Linux version.
PAE is available since Intel Pentium Pro (1995). The PAE kernel
will not boot on a machine that has no PAE support
(Intel Pentium and earlier, the 400 MHz-bus versions of the Pentium M).
